Responsibilities

Clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems- air handling units, duct work, vents, condensation drainage
Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose
Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan
Engage with customers/clients to inform them of issues, solutions and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance
Qualifications

1+ year experience as an HVAC Service Technician, Commercial preferred
Sheet Metal Experience Preferred
Great Customer Service Skills
Wiling to work overtime
 

PAY TRANSPARENCY:

 

The hourly opportunity for this role ranges from $25-30 an hour. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.
